Information About the Law of Mail-Order, Tele-Sales and Sales Via Internet

Information is given in connection with the remote sales contract in accordance with §312c exp. 1 no. 1 German Civil Code in conjunction with the German Civil Code-duty to inform-decree by civil law.

Following our legal obligation, we want to inform you as follows:

1. You make contracts with the company Meilenstein Software GmbH. Managing directors are the gentlemen Georg Hennig, Dirk Musfeldt and Christian Weykopf.

2. Meilenstein has its seat in Germany, 31582 Nienburg/Weser, Neue Straße 5.

3. We take great care to keep the quotations / availability data in our web shop up-to-date. Nevertheless, it might occur that individual articles are provided with the wrong quotations / availability data. If the actual price of an article should be lower than the price quoted in the Meilenstein web shop, we dispatch to you the ordered article at the lower price without further consultation. If the actual price of an article is higher, than the price quoted in the web shop, we contact you and ask whether we may still dispatch the article to you. In principle, we reserve the right for price adjustments and mistakes as well as deviations in the representation of articles.

4. You find detailed information about the condition of our goods on our website. We point out that our offer in the Internet and/or in printed media represents for you and us a noncommittal request to order goods. The actual contract is made when you inquire and order the goods in writing via fax, post, e-mail, our shopping cart in the Internet or by telephone. In this we see your offer for the conclusion of a sales contract. We accept your request within a period of 14 calendar days at the latest by sending you our order confirmation.

5. We must reserve ourselves the right of self supply and in the case of no delivery due to higher forces a reciprocal right of withdrawal exists after expiry of three months. We are entitled to partial deliveries.

6. We quote the price of the goods in Euro (€) inclusive sales tax (VAT, at this time 16%).

7. Our forwarding expenses, which we raise additionally, are as follows: a) standard delivery: The standard delivery is charged with 5.90 EUR per order for packing and freight. The standard delivery is only possible within Germany.

b): For cash on delivery we charge 9.90 EUR per order for packing, freight and collection. Cash on delivery is only possible within Germany.

c) Electronic supply: The electronic supply is freight prepaid. Please note that electronic supply cannot be combined with cash on delivery.

For customers from foreign countries: For customers from foreign countries: Forwarding expenses depend on the weight of the goods and are also country-specific. We gladly inform you about the height of forwarding expenses. Send an e-mail to meilenstein@meilenstein.de or contact us by fax.

8. In general we supply cash on delivery, if we have not made another agreement with you. These other agreements could be as follows:
a) If you pay by transfer/cash in advance, you receive a request for payment before the supply of the products, usually by email. With entrance of the payment the ordered products are then dispatched.
b) You can pay by credit card through our partner Sharelt!. By our web shop you are led directly to Sharelt!. Before the paying procedure a registration at Sharelt is necessary. If you come from our webshop, Meilenstein is still your partner of contract for the completion of the purchase.

9. After the legal regulations (§§ 355 - 359 German civil code) you have the right of revocation when trading with Meilenstein. For this you must proceed as follows:
First you must exercise your right of revocation in text form or by return of the products. This right of revocation is entitled to you for a period of two weeks. The period starts with the reception of the goods. You meet the deadline if you send your written revocation or the goods in time, i.e. within these two weeks. Then the return of the goods as revocation or in consequence of the revocation takes place at our expenses and liability, whereby we assume that you select a usual form for the return, as for instance the standard parcel or the like. If the goods' value is less than 40.00 EUR and the products supplied by us comply with your order, the return takes place freight forward. Each supply comes with a complete instruction of your right of revocation and information about contracts via Internet, mail order or telesales in text form. We may ask you politely to confirm the receipt of the instruction with the included free postcard and your signature.
Please make sure that the products planned for return are complete (including all accessories, manuals, instructions etc.) and packed in the original packing, including a suitable external packing, in every case however in a suitable transportation packing.
We expressively point out that Meilenstein can retain a depreciation resulting from using the product. We therefore recommend to carefully consider the usage of the ordered goods if you are unsure of keeping them. You surely understand the fact that used products can only be offered to other customers at a lower rate. An obligation for depreciation does not exist with original products, which were not taken in use. Nevertheless you have the right to examine the products, you acquired from us.
A right of revocation does not exist for audio or video recordings or software with broken seal, nor for achievements, which were conveyed online (e.g. software to download).
Finally, revocation is impossible for goods that are naturally unsuitable for return.

10. On our Website you can see the validity period of limited offers. The prices of our general price list that are valid on the order day are relevant.
